Prep Time: 10 minutes mins
Cook Time: 25 minutes mins
1 cup butter 1 cup organic brown sugar 1/2 cup organic cane sugar 1 tbsp vanilla 3 eggs 1 1/3 cups einkorn flour 1 cup cacao powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sea salt 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Grease a 9x13 pan with butter or coconut oil. Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat together the melted butter and sugars thoroughly.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix very well. If your melted butter was very hot, you will want to let it cool a bit before adding the eggs.
Combine the einkorn flour, cacao powder, and sea salt in a smaller bowl.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix just until you get a smooth batter.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips and spread the brownie batter into prepared pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely (if you can), and devour!
