These fresh, organic sourdough bread boules start simply by mixing organic wheat flour, water, sourdough starter, and sea salt. They go through 6 rounds of stretch and folds, rise for 8 hours, then sit through a cold ferment for another 24-48 hours to enhance flavor and oven spring.
Since this is rustic, artisan bread, no two loaves look exactly the same. However, they are all equally delicious.

Wednesday evening between 5-7pm
